How To Install Google Assistant In Any Android Phone. Google Assistant is an intelligent personal assistant developed by Google and announced at Google I/O in May 2016. Google Assistant is like our personal assistant in your android device.
Google Assistant was launched on Pixel phones and Nexus devices but It is available for any Android device running Android Nougat or Android Marshmallow.
Google has recently started rolling out the Google Assistant update to Android phones. If your android phone is running on Android Marshmallow or Android Nougat, you can get and enable Google Assistant right now.
To enable Google Assistant first you need to do is make sure that phone is has the latest version of Google Play Services and Google App.
So Follow The Below Guide To Install Google Assistant In Any Android Phone:
#1. First you need to register for Google App Beta Tester Program. Click on this link to login with your Google Account.
#2. Then Click On “Become a Tester” and After that Go To This link to register in Google Play Services Beta Tester Program.
#3. Now Click On “Become a Tester”.
#4. Now Download Google Play services 10.5.35 beta App.
#5. Now You Have To Download Google App Beta version as per your device hardware specification.
(Note-If you having problem to finding hardware configuration of you android device you can install Hardware Info App to know hardware information of your android).
#6. Now Go To Phone Settings –> Input And Languages –> Select Language- English United States & For Mi(Redmi) Phones Go To Additional Settings –> Language –>Select-English United States.
#7. Now Install Both Google Play Services And Google Beta Apps.
#8. After Installing the both Apps Go To Phone Settings –> App –> Google App –>Manage Space –> Clear All Data.
#9. If You face Any Error Then try to install another Version Of Google App From The List. And to check both app installed or not you can Go To Play Store –> My Apps And Games –> Beta. It will display all installed beta app.
#10. Now Reboot Your Phone.
#11.Once your phone reboots, you need to give permission to use your microphone, location etc by Going in the Apps section of your Phone Settings. From there, find Google, then tap Permissions and enable the necessary permissions.

How to Turn Off Google Assistant:
If you don’t like Google Assistant , you can turn it off. Tap and hold the home button to open Google Assistant. Tap the overflow button and select ‘Settings’ from the menu .Now you will see Google Assistant’s settings. At the very top is a Google Assistant switch. Tap it to turn it off . It will off Google Assistant and now you have only Google Now on your device.
